Online Vauxhall car auctions and van auctions at RAW2K

You can potentially save hundreds of pounds on buying a used, seized or salvage Vauxhall in our online vehicle auctions! It couldn’t be easier – just register today to start bidding on a huge variety of makes and models, ranging from the compact cars like the ever-reliable Vauxhall Corsa all the way up to light commercial vehicles and minivans like the Vauxhall Vivaro.

Our stock at RAW2K is refreshed in daily and weekly online auctions, so if you don’t find what you’re looking for at first, make sure to check back every once in a while. Many of our salvage vehicles are passed to us directly by insurance companies, while our stock of seized vehicles is supplied by UK police forces. So if you’re looking for Vauxhalls in police car auctions, you’re in exactly the right place!

How do RAW2K’s Vauxhall car auctions work?

We’ve refined our process to make it as simple and straightforward for you as possible: just search, sign up and start bidding! Using our handy search facility, you can explore our full range of used, salvage and seized Vauxhall cars. Then, we just need a few quick details to sign you up, and once you’re registered you’re free to start placing your bids – and get some fantastic bargains in the process.

We know you won’t want to spend ages hunting for the relevant details, so we’ve made sure all the key information is laid out at a glance, so it never takes more than a few seconds to tell (for example) if the car has its keys or logbook, or what its salvage category is.

What is a salvage category?

Salvage categories are used by the police and insurance companies as a shorthand way to indicate the rough level of damage on an auction car. This is a handy way for many customers to tell if they’re worth buying or not. More heavily damaged cars will be valuable resources for spares, whereas lightly damaged Vauxhalls can still be useful as replacement cars for daily commutes.

There are four main salvage categories, though two of them changed their names in October 2017 (with Categories D and C being changed to Categories N and S, respectively). As they stand now, they are:

  • Category N (formerly Cat D): non-structural faults
  • Category S (formerly Cat C) – notable structural damage
  • Category B – extensive structural damage
  • Category A – beyond any repair. Strictly scrap only

We’ve mentioned Category A vehicles here for the sake of clarity, but we don’t actually sell Cat A Vauxhalls here at RAW2K. Though many of our customers are professionals in the automotive industry, even the most skilled of mechanics don’t have much use for Cat As, so they’re rarely worth the time!
