Days to Collect
Question: How many days do I have in which to pay and collect the vehicle?
Answer: 7 days from auction end date in which to pay.
7 days to collect from the date you paid.
If not collected within the seven day period storage charges of £10 per day could be incurred.
For all auctions ending on or after Monday 17th May 2010 we will be changing the time you are given to make payment and to collect the vehicle.
Payment
Payment must be made by the end of business on the 3rd working day after the Auction End date.
***Late payment may result in your account being suspended and a re-instatement fee being imposed.***
Collection
Collection must be made by the end of business on the 5th working day after the Auction End date.
***Late collection will result in a £10 + VAT per day fee being charged by the storage yard. This will need to be paid before the agent will release the vehicle to you.***
Example
The auction ends on Monday 17th May.
Payment must be made by the close of business on Thursday 20th May.
The vehicle must be collected by the close of business on Monday 24th May.
Storage charges will be payable from Tuesday 25th May.
