1. Exit M1 at J37
2. At the roundabout, take the exit for Barnsley (A628 Dodworth Road).
3. Continue straight on through the traffic lights to the roundabout.
4. Take 1st exit at the roundabout onto Summer Lane.
5. Continue on Summer Lane for approx 500 metres until you get to a railway bridge.
6. At the railway bridge turn left onto Stocks Lane.
7. Entrance to the Maple Estate is where the road bends sharply to the left for the 2nd time.
8. Enter the Maple Estate and turn left.
9. We are Unit 11 - the last Unit on the right hand side.
